How to Book an Academic Advising Appointment
From January 6th to 22nd students can schedule a drop-in advising appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you are trying to book an appointment and the schedule appears to be full, check back daily, as new appointments will become available.
The Undergraduate Student Office has switched to an online appointment booking system.
Students can choose a drop-in appointment for quick questions, or an in-depth advising session for detailed program assessments.
While COVID-19 restrictions are in place, appointments will be available via phone and WebEx. In-person appointments are not available at this time.
Academic Advising Appointments
Advising appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
Drop-in appointments can be booked up to 48 hours in advance. In-depth appointments for program reviews can be booked up to one month in advance.
Appointments are available on weekdays and evenings as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00 pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Drop In Student Advising
Drop-In Appointments – January 6 – 22, 2021
From January 6 to 22, 2021, the Undergraduate Student Office will offer drop-in advising appointments to help students in the College of Arts and Science finalize their course selection for Term 2, and to answer last minute questions. Appointments are scheduled for a maximum of 30 minutes, and students can book an appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Requests for in-depth program reviews and graduation checks cannot be accommodated during drop-in advising appointments.

Student Appointments after January 22, 2021
Once the drop-in advising window closes, students will have the option of scheduling a more in-depth advising appointment for a full program assessment. We will also continue to offer a limited number of drop-in advising options during the week.
Students in the College of Arts and Science are welcome to schedule an advising appointment with any of our academic advisors.
We also offer dedicated advising supports for Indigenous students and for International students. If you would like to be connected with an Indigenous student advisor or an International student advisor, please contact the Undergraduate Student Office to inquire.
