How to Book an Academic Advising Appointment
The Undergraduate Student Office has switched to an online appointment booking system.
While COVID-19 restrictions are in place, appointments will be available via phone and WebEx. In-person appointments are not available at this time.
DROP-IN ADVISING – September 2 – 16, 2021
From September 2 to 16, the Undergraduate Student Office will offer 30 minute drop-in advising appointments. Drop-in appointments will be offered remotely via phone and WebEx.
These sessions are intended to assist students in finalizing their course selection for Term 1. Academic advisors can also answer quick questions about academic requirements, policies, and procedures. Full program assessments are not available during this window.
Drop-in advising appointments are available on weekdays and evenings as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 to 4:00 pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
GROUP ADVISING – September 7 – 17, 2021
From Sept 7 – 17, the Undergraduate Student Office will host Group Advising sessions. Students will meet with academic advisors and learn how to use systems that support planning and learning, what to expect in University, and where to go for assistance throughout their time in the college.
Group advising sessions will be offered in-person. Targeted sessions have been designed for first-year students, international students, Indigenous students, and second-year students.
Students must register in advance for group advising sessions.
