On the Cabalistick Art

Located in Special Collections in Murray Library "Of the Cabalistick Art" is an 18th century manuscript that instructs its readers about practicing Kabbalism (a Christian practice adapted from Jewish tradition used to tell the future). The students of History 498 have devoted the semester to the manuscript and have worked to understand its place in history. The final results will be showcased in a display in Murray Library. To celebrate this fantastic piece there will be a reception held on Tuesday December 6th at 4pm on the ground floor of Murray Library. Students from the class will be available throughout the reception to answer any questions.
