Please note that scholarships are awards given to recognize the high level of excellence students have achieved in their studies. Bursaries are allocated mainly on the basis of financial need.
Arts & Science Undergraduate Travel Fund Competitions

The information below pertains to past years’ competitions and is included here for reference only at this time. For further information regarding USask travel, please visit: https://updates.usask.ca/info/travellers.php. If you have additional questions about the Undergraduate Travel Fund Competition, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The purpose of the spring and fall Undergraduate Travel Fund Competitions is to assist students, either as individuals or groups, with travel expenses associated with conferences or other relevant scholarly experiences. These events and activities should enhance academic development of the student-traveller and cannot be tied to course credit. Only students registered in the College of Arts & Science are eligible to receive this funding. Students seeking financial support for non-academic travel (eg: teams, clubs, or intervarsity group travel) are not eligible for funding through this competition, unless directly relevant to program of study. Exchange and study abroad programs, expenses for specific academic courses, and subsidization of research programs are not eligible for funding through this competition. Please note the maximum amount awarded for these travel awards is $250.00 per student.
