I’m always looking to try a new medium and to learn new techniques. The silk painting course offered with Bonny Mcnab was excellent. It was fun and the instruction was great. As someone who likes to paint with watercolours, it was a smooth transition to silk paint. I chose the bird of paradise as my final project because of its bright colours and the black background really made things pop. I plan to continue creating more scarves using what I’ve learned in the course.
