Committed to creative thinking

The College of Arts & Science is committed to creative thinking, cross-discipline collaboration and curiosity-driven research.  We are the only college in Canada to offer a full array of programs from the fine arts through the humanities, social sciences and the sciences.  As a result, our students benefit from a unique and inspiring multidimensional culture in which to work and study.  We aim to provide our students and researchers with diverse ways of learning and opportunities to expand knowledge across traditional boundaries.  These values are woven into our collective fabric, encouraging new perspectives and ideas – ideas that will truly shape the world.

Looking ahead, and with donor support, we seek to become our country’s foremost college for research and the exploration of interdisciplinary scholarly and artistic work – a college renowned for its people, its discoveries and its contributions to our society.
