Calling all mini makers and clay wizards! In this hands-on, super-fun class, kids dive into the world of sculpture through story, shape, and squishy materials. From magical creatures to wild creatures to wild inventions, we'll explore texture, structure, and imagination using clay, recycled bits, and lots of color. No experience needed - just big ideas and playful fingers! Kids will create their own original sculptures, learning basic three-dimensional thinking, storytelling through form, and teamwork. Expect laughter, creativity, and proudly messy hands!
Only select colors of underglaze (clear, white, black, blue, yellow & red) will be provided. For this class, students can bring colored underglaze of their choice, which can be purchased from Tree Pottery Supply https://treesaskatoon.com/.
