Drawing II with Robin Adair 

I like to say I started drawing when I first could hold a pencil, and have been an artist since then, however had never taken an art class until spring of 2022. In Robin's drawing classes, I have gained a wealth of knowledge to expand my skills and techniques, and used mediums I’ve never used before. This is my first charcoal pencil drawing and I absolutely love the medium along with other mediums such and conte crayons. 

"Into the light" has multiple deep and significant meanings for myself and drawing horses has always been something I loved since childhood. Coming out of the darkness, and into the light… Is the ongoing arduous struggle of lives, and my life, that have been wrought with trauma. To say there is hope in the light, there is hope.
