ISAP Summer Start

Meet other students and get familiar with the remote learning experience before classes start

Event

This year, Indigenous Student Achievement Pathways (ISAP) Summer Start will be hosted online, with three days of exciting programming for you to choose from!

ISAP Summer Start will be offered remotely as a combination of synchronous (“live”) and asynchronous (“access on your own schedule”) sessions over three days:

August 2426
1–4 pm each day
Sign up online: https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/ISAP_summer_start

You do not need to be an ISAP student to participate in ISAP Summer Start 2020! All new and returning Indigenous students are welcome.

The goals of Summer Start 2020:

  • To provide an opportunity for students to become familiar with remote teaching by participating in sessions similar to your what you'll see in your fall term classes
  • To provide an opportunity for new ISAP students to meet each other and upper-year Indigenous peer mentors
  • To connect students with campus resources, including ISAP instructors, teaching assistants, Elders, faculty, and staff
