Dr. Adam Pottle (PhD’16) is an award-winning novelist, poet and playwright whose work explores the fiery beauty of Deafness and disability. He is the recipient of the College of Arts and Science’s 2020 Young Alumni of Influence Award.
In Voice, Pottle explores the crucial role Deafness has played in the growth of his imagination. ASL interpretation and live captioning presented as part of the reading.
Voice was recently shortlisted for two Saskatchewan Book Awards, including book of the year.
