A talk by Megan Marsh, director of R&D at Siemens EDA

Mathematical problems are everywhere in the semiconductor industry. From solving complex differential-algebraic equations in circuit simulation to using simple linear interpolation in look-up tables, large-scale compute grids are in constant use to crunch numbers. During this talk, we will explore some specific mathematical problems and solutions seen in the industry over the last decade.
