Talk by the 2015-16 recipient of the Michael S. Misanchuk award

The Misanchuk Memorial Award in Art and Art History is awarded to fund travel related to any learning activity pertinent to art history. Each recipient is required to give a talk based on their experiences, and on Thursday November 24th, Cole Thompson, winner of the 2015-16 award, will be talking in the Gordon Snelgorve Gallery at noon. For the 100th anniversary of Dada's inception in Zurich, Switzerland, Cole Thompson visited Philidelphia and New York City to view Dada and contemporary collections, focusing on Dada work as well as the movement's impact on mid-century and contemporary art production.
