About this talk
Dr. Welsh will discuss a current project she has been co-leading that examines the failures of multilateral cooperation during the pandemic, and what kinds of changes to the multilateral architecture might be required and implemented after the pandemic. She will also discuss what can be learned from other efforts at international cooperation to address common threats (weapons of mass destruction, the environment, etc.).
