Through the dystopian world of Plastopia, Elizabeth Babyn explores both her own, and much of humanity's disconnect to itself and the environment. This off-kilter abstract world is filled with obscene amounts of plastic refuse and presents a disturbing futuristic view of the environment, one filled with mutant plastic creatures, and submerged within a dimly-lit, multi-coloured, plastic landscape.
