Yamaha recording artist Bobby Shew joins USask BMus, MMus and non-music majors in the University of Saskatchewan Jazz Ensemble's final concert of the season.

Bobby Shew is a three-time Grammy-nominated jazz musician who has toured as lead trumpeter for Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Robert Goulet, Steve Allen, Paul Anka, Connie Stevens and Tom Jones. Full biography: www.bobbyshew.com
Under the direction of Dean McNeill, the USask Jazz Ensemble has toured western Canada, northern U.S.A. and Quebec, and has commissioned and premiered many new works for the contemporary large jazz ensemble idiom.
