Elixir Ensemble Concert

Elixir's first concert of the season features chamber music by Dussek, Turina and Brahms

Event

In the first concert of its 10th season, Elixir Ensemble presents a delightful piano quartet by the Czech keyboard virtuoso Jan Dussek, a steamy quartet by Spaniard Joaquin Turina embodying the dizzying rhythms and passions of Andalusia, and the monumental piano quartet in C minor called The Werther by Johannes Brahms, which never ceases to move listeners with its warmth and power.

Performers Oxana Ossiptchouk, James Legge, Scott McKnight and Kathleen Solose (professor, Department of Music) invite you to share this inspiring music on October 21!

Sunday, Oct. 21
2:30 pm
Emmanuel Anglican Church, 609 Dufferin Ave., Saskatoon
