Supercommunity Live is a program of lectures and screenings organized by e-flux and Remai Modern. This event extends from e-flux journal’s four month publishing project, Supercommunity, which was commissioned for the 2015 Venice Biennale.

On Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, a cast of international artists, writers, curators, and thinkers will come together in Saskatoon for an intense and stimulating weekend of shared ideas and discussion. Responding to urgent social, political, ecological, and metaphysical questions, participating artists and contributors will include Remai Modern staff, e-flux editors Julieta Aranda, Brian Kuan Wood and Anton Vidokle.

Special guests include Kader Attia, Raymond Boisjoly, Natasha Ginwala, Wietske Maas, Pedro Neves Marques, Matteo Pasquinelli, Elizabeth Povinelli, and Mohammad Salemy. We will also be screening a work by Hito Steryl and presenting a special performance by local artists Lori Blondeau and Adrian Stimson.
