About me
Shannon Boklaschuk is a longtime print journalist and communications specialist whose work has been published in newspapers and magazines throughout Canada. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in women's and gender studies from the University of Saskatchewan (USask), a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of King's College in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at USask.
Shannon writes and shares news stories about the College of Arts and Science and its people through a variety of channels, including the college website, On Campus News, social media, the award-winning Arts&Science magazine, the monthly faculty and staff e-newsletter and various external publications. She also provides strategy, messaging and advice in support of college events, initiatives, alumni relations activities, media inquiries and marketing campaigns.
