About this event

A talk by Megan Marsh, director of R&D at Siemens EDA

Mathematical problems are everywhere in the semiconductor industry. From solving complex differential-algebraic equations in circuit simulation to using simple linear interpolation in look-up tables, large-scale compute grids are in constant use to crunch numbers. During this talk, we will explore some specific mathematical problems and solutions seen in the industry over the last decade.

Hosted by the USask Department of Mathematics and Statistics
