About the event
This timely and important discussion will be about how this global pandemic is affecting us individually and as a society and what we have learned from this collective experience. Meanwhile, this pandemic has also casted a shadow over urgent issues such as social inequality, racism, climate change, and economics. The wisdom we are gaining from this dialogue may shed light on how we can design and plan better cities and communities to meet these and other future challenges.

Designing resilient cities for the future must start with people and must consist of intertwining issues such as physical, mental, and emotional health; the environment; the economy; employment; sustainability; and arts and culture. The framework for this discussion will evolve from three areas: design, policy, and education.
