April crafternoon: Explore the Ancient City
Learn about Roman Architecture with reenactor Kevin Hicks!
In the second iteration of our Crafternoon series on Ancient Rome, Kevin Hicks will be back again as a Roman soldier, this time to teach kids all about the city of Rome itself. Our Roman soldier will talk about the types of buildings found in Ancient Rome and how they were used. Kids will then be able to decorate a roman column and design their very own Roman temple.
* Kids do not need to attend the first part of the Ancient Rome series to attend the second. Each iteration of this series is designed to be stand-alone and is not required to attend the next one.
Crafternoons are free of charge. The story and crafts are designed for kids ages 4-9, but we welcome kids and families of all ages.
