Professor Emeritus David Carpenter to be awarded Honorary Degree

David Carpenter joins a stellar list of candidates who are being awarded honorary degrees at spring convocation. A renowned author, David has written five novels, three collections of short stories, four books of non-fiction and a book of poems. He was a professor in the Department of English and is the editor of the three-volume Literary History of Saskatchewan. Other honorary degree recipients include Joni Mitchell, Joseph Quewezance, Agnes Herzberg, Dave King, Ross Petty, Leonard Edwards, and Merlis Belsher.
