Get ready to dance the night away at the University of Saskatchewan Jazz Ensemble’s annual big band dance, a beloved tradition held at the iconic Manhattan Ballroom. Enjoy an unforgettable evening of live jazz featuring two high-energy sets by the USask Jazz Ensemble, plus special guest performances by the Saskatoon Youth Jazz Orchestra, Stone Frigate Big Band, and the Footnotes Big Band. From classic big band swing to contemporary jazz favourites, the music will keep the floor moving all night long. This all-ages event welcomes everyone—jazz lovers, dancers, and first-time listeners alike—and all proceeds proudly support the University of Saskatchewan Jazz Ensemble.
