About this event

A Northern Lights Dream
Score & Libretto by Michael Rose

Sometimes, only magic can remove a mask. Living in the town of Shakespeare, Ontario, 400-year-old Robin Goodfellow has decided to change their trickster ways to gain the favour of the goddess of the Northern Lights. The perfect opportunity soon appears, when a local fashion designer seeks the fairy’s assistance in getting a wedding back on track. Michael Rose’s new musical play builds to a day of revelations as the hidden, inner lives of mortals and fairies are made visible, both to themselves and to one another.
