Congratulations to Noah Friesen, a MATH MSc Candidate who successfully defended his thesis on July 15, 2024! In September, Noah will be continuing in our graduate program as a PhD student in Mathematics.

His thesis, titled Braid Groups and Baxter Polynomials, has been supervised by Alex Weekes and Curtis Wendlandt.
