Four USask alumni named as 2024 Saskatchewan Order of Merit recipients

Four graduates from the University of Saskatchewan (USask) have been selected as recipients of one of the province’s most prestigious recognitions.

The Saskatchewan Order of Merit recognizes excellence, achievements and contributions to the social, cultural and economic well-being of the province and its residents.

The Order recognizes individuals who have made their mark in such areas as the arts, agriculture, business and industry, community leadership, public service, research, and volunteer service.

Among the 2024 recipients are four graduates from the College of Arts and Science:

  • Thomas Hadjistavropoulos (MA’87, PhD’91)
  • Brad Wall (BA’87)
  • Greg Yuel (BA’93)
  • Olivia Yuel (BA’95)
