Prior to this role, Brad spent over a decade as General Manager of Dream Development Saskatoon, where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of several major master-planned communities, including Brighton — one of the city's most successful new neighbourhoods. In total, Brad has overseen the development of more than 3,500 residential lots and over 100 acres of multi-family and commercial land, managing capital budgets in excess of $40 million annually.

Earlier in his career, Brad served as Managing Leader of the Urban Development division at Stantec Consulting, working on land development and infrastructure projects across the region. He began his professional path at the City of Saskatoon, where he gained early experience in planning, engineering, and civic engagement.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). He currently serves as Chair of the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association and was recently named Chair of the 2025 Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum. In 2023, he received the Award of Honour from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, recognizing his contributions to the industry.

Throughout his career, Brad has remained focused on building partnerships, delivering high-quality communities, and aligning real estate development with broader community and institutional goals.
