About Jessica: Jessica grew up in nearby Calgary, Canada and received her credentials of B.Sc. Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary and M.Sc. Urban Agglomerations from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. After almost a decade of work in public transportation planning and design in Calgary and Vancouver, she is turning her focus to academia. Her thesis work will focus on the topics of satisfaction and loyalty related to long-term public transit disruptions.
