College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Resources
The College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies provides guidelines and supports for all graduate students at the University of Saskatchewan. While the Department of English sets the specific requirements for our degrees, university-level regulations and expectations are established through CGPS.
Of particular use for graduate students at any stage of their program is The Grad Hub:
- See the Thesis Roadmap for sections on researching, drafting, formatting, and submitting your Project Paper, Thesis, or Dissertation.
- Find a range of Supports and Services, spanning academics, health and wellness, community networks, and advocacy resources.
Other notable elements of the CGPS website include:
- The CGPS Policies and Procedures document
- See section 12, Accommodations and Supports for information on registering with Access and Equity Services and on requesting Leaves.
- See section 4.5, Time in Program for information on requesting Extensions in circumstances that prevent the timely completion of degree requirements.
- Information on Funding
- See top-up amounts for SSHRC grants
- Search the Graduate Awards Database for scholarships and bursaries, as well as application deadlines
