Historical reenactor Kevin Hicks returns this month for the first in a three-month series of Crafternoons about Ancient Rome. This month a real-life Roman soldier will tell kids about what life was like in the Ancient city, and show them some of the items that Roman soldiers would have carried with them on the road. After meeting the Roman soldier, kids will have some time to get crafty and make their own travelers pouch so that they can feel like a legionnaire!

Crafternoons are free of charge. The story and crafts are designed for kids ages 4-9, but we welcome kids and families of all ages.
