Summer Camps

Join us this summer for our natural sciences Timelines Camps!

From when you wake in the morning and go to sleep in the evening you can mark the times in the day that you do all the things you do in a 24-hour cycle. The Museum of Natural Sciences Timelines Camp will explore timelines that are a bit longer: Earth started 4.5 billion years ago and life on Earth started 3.7 billion years ago. Come discover what Earth and Life have been doing for all this time.

Campers will explore natural science, art, and culture during a fun-filled week of hands-on activities anchored in geology, paleontology, biology, and ecology. As well as the Museum of Natural Sciences, we will also visit places on campus like the Museum of Antiquities, the Art Galleries, the Diefenbaker Canada Centre, and outdoor spaces.

Camps are held at the Museum of Natural Sciences and run from 9am to 4pm. Before care from 8:30 to 9am and after care from 4 to 4:30pm are included in the cost. Click here for information on getting here and parking.
