David Andolfatto, vice president in the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, is the featured presenter for the 2016 Timlin Lecture in Economics. Andolfatto's presentation, titled "Secular Stagnation," will take place:

About David Andolfatto

Before serving as vice president in the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Andolfatto was a professor of economics at the University of Waterloo (1991-2000) and Simon Fraser University (2000-2009. Andolfatto has published several articles in the profession's leading economics journals, and has been invited as a visiting scholar to central banks around the world. In 2009, he was awarded the prestigous Bank of Canada Fellowship Award for his contributions in the area of money, banking, and monetary policy. Andolfatto is a native of Vancouver, and received his PhD in economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1994.
