You must create a Family Account to register your child or children in children and youth programming such as classes, camps or workshops at the University of Saskatchewan.
How to create a Family Account
Here are the instructions for individuals to make a family account so you can successfully enroll your child or children in our program.
- Go to extendedlearning.usask.ca and click on the Login link in the upper right corner of your screen. Click on Family Portal Login from the Login menu.
- In the Create a New Family Account form, enter your (or the preferred family contact’s) first name, last name, email address, and create a username. Once all fields have been filled, click Create Account. You will be emailed a link to create your password. You may set your password now or do so at the end of the registration process.
- You are now on the Family Group Information page. From here, complete all remaining required fields (phone number and address). Click C ontinue.
- You are now on the Family Members page. Click the Add a Member button, then the Add a Family Member button.
- You are now on the Family Member Profile page. This is where you will add your child’s information. Fill in the required profile information for your child (name, date of birth, and gender). Click Save.
- You have now returned to the Family Members page. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all children you wish to register in camps.
- Now, you will navigate to the camp(s) in which you wish to enroll your child(ren). Click on Courses in the website menu. Scroll down to Kids Camps and click on the + (plus sign) on the right.
- Click on Art Camp. Choose the appropriate age group from the list of camp offerings. You should now see a list of sections available for enrollment under Enroll Now. Sections are divided by date. Choose the date you wish to enroll in. Click on a section for more information and to reveal the Add to Cart button. Add the appropriate section to your cart. Repeat this step for all classes you wish to register in.
- Once you have added all classes to your cart, click on your shopping cart. Here, you will need to add family members to each class. Click on the Add/Remove Members link and select the child(ren) you wish to enroll in the class. Click the Enroll Members button. Repeat this step for all classes in your shop cart.
- Continue with checkout, answering all required questions for each child. Click the Continue Checkout button to proceed to the payment confirmation page.
- Please read and indicate that you have read the Privacy Confirmation, then click Continue Checkout to proceed to the secure Moneris payment page.
- Enter your payment details and click Checkout. You will receive a payment confirmation message from Moneris indicating that your payment was successful.
- You will be emailed a receipt and confirmation of enrollment. If you haven’t done so already, please ensure you set your password using the reset link sent to your email address. If you do not set your password at this time, you will need to click the Reset Password link the next time you attempt to access your account.
