Sculpture II: Torso and Nudes

Course Description

This course is designed for experienced students who want to deepen their understanding of the human body, with a focus on torso and full nude form. Students will create clay sculptures based on anatomical molds, as they study proportion, movement, and anatomy. Throughout the course, the instructor will provide supportive feedback, offer guidance, and share useful resources, as students explore structural relationships, expression, gesture, balance, flow, and rhythm in the sculptural representation of the figure. 

Prerequisite: Sculpture I: Face Elements and Sculpture I: Hands & Feet (or equivalent experience)

Course Fee: $395 (supplies not included) + $15 equipment rental fee (required)
