Artisanal Painted and Stitched Pouches Workshop

Instructor: Jill Cope
Saturday 9am-5pm
1 day: January 31
Location: In-person Williams Building room 357
$140 (supplies not included)
Prerequisite: None

In this intensely fun one-day workshop, you will learn to free motion quilt a simple design of your choice onto fabric/batting, then make it come alive through the coloured magic of Derwent Inktense Pencils, and finally turn that work of art into a lined zippered pouch to carry your art supplies or other precious items.

This workshop is for the confident beginner, even if you’ve never used Inktense Pencils, never done free motion quilting, and never put in a zipper (but always wanted to!), Jill will guide you through the whole process from start to finish!
