Avery Fehr - cast as Doris
Avery is beyond excited to be back in the theatre after what feels like the longest year without it. Unity 1918 is one of her favourite plays and she is honoured to have the opportunity to share this incredible story during such uncertain times. This is Avery's third production at Greystone Theatre and she is looking forward to continuing her education here in the fall. Avery has loved working with this cast and crew and cannot wait for you to see the finished product!
Jonny MacPherson - cast as Michael
My name is Jonathan MacPherson. I am 20 years old and in my second year at Usask. This is my third show with Greystone theatre and my second time acting in a university production. I am playing the role of Michael, a strong young farm hand who loves to preach the gospel. I am excited to be back on stage after being involved in the technical side of theatre, and I hope to continue acting with as many Greystone Theatre productions as possible.
Lauren Griffin - cast as Mary
Lauren Griffin is playing the role of Mary, friend of Sissy and Bea. Lauren just finished her third year of the BFA acting program and is very grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work on this production
Maxwell Folk - cast as Glen and Man 1
Maxwell Folk (any pronouns) is an actor, writer, and director from Sturgis, Saskatchewan (Treaty 4 territory). They currently live, work, and study on Treaty 6 territory in Saskatoon. They are planning to pursue graduate studies in Drama Therapy after finishing their degrees at the U of S. They want to create art that makes people question the systems they live in, and how these systems perpetuate inequalities.
Michael Kruger - cast as Hart
My name is Michael Kruger, I’m all the way from South Africa and am busy studying here at the university of Saskatoon. I’m in the 3rd year of my BFA degree. This will be my 3 play that I have done for Greystone theatre.
