Draft College Plan website launched

The website contains up-to-date information about the draft plan and the process behind it

News

The College of Arts and Science has launched a new website for the Draft College Plan 2025, which outlines the college’s vision for the next seven years.

The website contains up-to-date information about the draft plan, process, planning committee, measurements and outcomes, and it will receive continuous updates.

Written collaboratively over 2017-18, the draft plan aspires to create compelling, forward-looking and ambitious goals, with sustainable and measurable guideposts that are closely aligned with the University Plan 2025.

Among the major pillars of the draft plan are commitments to put students first; to inspire excellence and increase diversity and equity in faculty and staff; to inspire and foster excellence in research, scholarly and artistic work; and to implement new curricula.

Consultations on the plan are ongoing, and stakeholders can participate through the website. A final college plan will be submitted on Oct. 30, 2018.
