River Volta is a community-based reading series in the heart of Saskatoon, run by graduate students from the MFA in Writing program at the University of Saskatchewan. The series was founded in 2013 by Sara-Jane Goutnez and Chelsea Forbes. Our focus is on literary poetry and short fiction, but we celebrate all genres of the written word.
