Please print and complete the form you need. All forms must be submitted to the Undergraduate Office (Room 265 Arts Building) for approval.
Application to Graduate
This form must be submitted to the front desk at Student Central by March 31 for Spring Convocation or by August 31 for Fall Convocation.
Students have to apply on-line only for convocation.
Honours Application
Complete this form to apply to an Honours program. Application deadline is May 31st. Specific program requirements are list in the University Calendar.
Permission to take 21 credit units
Complete this form for permission to register for more than the recommended 18 credit units at Spring and Summer session.
Permission to take 36 c.u. Regular Session
Complete this form for permission to register for more than the recommended 30 credit units during the Regular Session.
