Drawing I (morning)

Drawing provides a strong foundation for all art exploration. Working with a variety of drawing materials you will explore composition, line, form, balance, and light. Exercieses may include gesture drawing, still life, contour drawing, geometric forms and portraiture.

Drawing: The Human Figure

Prerequisite: Drawing experience is an asset. This is an all levels course.
(formerly called: Life Drawing)

Drawing the nude figure is of value not only to drawing students but to sculpture and painting students as well. Working with a variety of materials you will build skills by exploring the skeletal and musculature components of the figure, its expressive qualities and its relationship to its environment.
