RLST 255.3: Doukhobor Culture in Canada

This informative elective course provides a dynamic overview of the history, beliefs, music, language, art and way of life of Canadian Doukhobors (Spirit Wrestlers). Participating students will listen to samples of Doukhobor choral music, enjoy images of Doukhobor arts and crafts, and learn about Doukhobor vegetarian cuisine, folk healing practices and many other elements of the culture.
