The Researcher of Tomorrow Fellowship
The Researcher of Tomorrow Fellowship is a new award for this College, which is making a big difference for bright undergraduate students in Arts and Science. This unique award gives students support in two ways: through a scholarship towards classroom learning, and through mentorship in hands-on research experience. Undergraduate students in the Social Sciences, Natural Science, Humanities and Fine Arts are all eligible to be selected for the Researcher of Tomorrow Fellowship, and to receive financial support and guaranteed summer employment in research.
The opportunity to do actual hands-on research so early in his or her career can be a transformative experience for these Researchers of Tomorrow, inspiring a lifetime of accomplishment in research.
The Researcher of Tomorrow Fellowship is in urgent need of funding to enable this award to grow and continue. With approximately $5 million injected into the fund, it will flourish to the point of 20 awards per year, continuing in perpetuity.
