This room can be configured as a seminar room for up to 16 people or as a small (30 person) performance venue for audio or video productions. It features a High-Definition projector, 120” widescreen screen, stereo speakers and laptop A/V docking station. It can also be set up for the playback of 7.1 surround sound. Acoustic curtains on the walls contribute to making this an outstanding small theatre.
- Booths A, B and C
Each of the booths contains a workstation equipped with industry-standard audio, video and graphics software and the necessary audio and video interfaces. Booth A and B seat two collaborators comfortably, while C handles up to four people.
The DRC can provide you and your project with the following equipment:
- Workstations equipped with industry-standard audio, video and graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite; Final Cut Pro)
- Scanners: 13"x19" flatbed, slide/transparency, and bound-book
- Still and video cameras with tripods
- Digital audio recorders, microphones, and mixing boards
- Graphics tablets
Faculty and students can sign out still and video cameras, tripods, audio recording equipment, and graphics tablets for up to one week. You can also sign out a key for after-hours access to a DRC room. To reserve please contact us.
