Viewing Otto Ege Manuscripts
Recently the U of S Special Collections staff and I showed a
selection of the manuscripts to Bill Thomlinson, former Director of the
Canadian Light Source Synchrotron at the university. He has an abiding interest
in the arts, is a champion of the university’s thinking in regards to a
performing arts centre (the Clarion Project), and has led major arts-related funding
initiatives in the city. While Director of the CLS he partnered with the
Saskatchewan Arts Board to create an artist-in-residence program in the
facility.
